My name is Shanice Lavoy’a Ruff, and Rise & Bloom was created from my own experience as a teen mom. I remember the overwhelming fear and uncertainty, the feeling that my story might end with motherhood. But I was determined to prove that I am someone, and that my dreams could evolve. This foundation exists to remind every young mother that her potential is limitless, and her journey is just beginning. We help them reclaim their narratives and build futures full of hope and stability.

We provide essential resources that create space for growth: education support like GED programs, therapy and emotional wellness services, parenting classes, baby essentials, and emergency assistance. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, we are dedicated to transforming lives by offering practical help and emotional backing, ensuring every young mother has the tools to thrive.
